I thought I was ordering an over the head fitting mask and personally could not use it. I donated them to an early education school. The principal told me today the care givers are enjoying using them when working with the infants.

I have been very happy with the Smile Mask. Others find it easier to understand me when I speak. It is snug but comfortable- looks smart too. Adjustable bands for my ears are great. Washes well - 1 complaint: I have moved the bead to not interfere with my hearing aids, but I still have trouble with my mask and aids becoming entangled.

The mask trapped moisture and fogged up and was very hot and made it difficult for me to breathe.

I really want to support those making masks to encourage lip reading and help for the hard of hearing. I have to say this fell a little flat - I think it can be improved. Hard to breathe through, the plastic comes right up to my nose/mouth (really close), but worst thing is it fogs up, which really isn't helpful for those needing to read lips. I did the toothpaste rubbing trick, and it helped, but for this price this should not be needed. Keep designing, keep improving. Love your cause.
