Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@shop.hearingtracker.com to request authorization. Once your return is authorized, we will provide further instructions. Please note that items sent back without first obtaining return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shop.hearingtracker.com so that we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. This shipping label is exclusively for returns related to damages, defects, or incorrect items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and—once the return is accepted—make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that:

  • Processing times may vary, and it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product, please note that:
