Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hearing Tracker Shop. This Shipping Policy explains
how and when we ship orders placed at shop.hearingtracker.com. By placing an
order, you agree to the terms below.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international
shipping at this time.

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard shipping: $6 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping: orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more (before taxes)
ship free.

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday,
excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin
processing on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, for an
estimated total of about 4–9 business days from order to delivery. Delivery
windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods
can affect them.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information
so you can follow your package to your door.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@shop.hearingtracker.com and
we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, or if
you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at support@shop.hearingtracker.com and we'll make it right, including a prepaid return label where applicable. See our Refund Policy for details.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with
others at your address and your local carrier first, then contact us at
support@shop.hearingtracker.com so we can help open a carrier investigation.
