Easy way to open
This packaging is easier to open than others. Take a small pocket flat screw driver and you can separate the clear plastic halves. The batteries will fall out. No need to cut it open.
Best service & product
Buy small hair cutting scisssors at a Beauty Sply store & it will cut pretty easily thru Govt law Child Resistant & "Adult" pkg. Regular scissors just doesn't get it.
Mixed Opinion
Batteries themselves seem fine. The packaging is a big problem because it requires a concerted effort to get to the batteries. A mix of tools: scissors, shears, and knives, all used to open package. The plastic cover is extremely difficult to cut.Think I'll try a Dremel tool next time and open several packs at same time.
