I thought I was ordering an over the head fitting mask and personally could not use it. I donated them to an early education school. The principal told me today the care givers are enjoying using them when working with the infants.
I have been very happy with the Smile Mask. Others find it easier to understand me when I speak. It is snug but comfortable- looks smart too. Adjustable bands for my ears are great. Washes well - 1 complaint: I have moved the bead to not interfere with my hearing aids, but I still have trouble with my mask and aids becoming entangled.

I found that the clear plastic covered so much of the mask area that inhaling was very difficult. Exhaled breath had no where to go out except the top and sides. This defeats the purpose of wearing a mask.
