Why are Rexton domes labeled Signia?
Rexton and Signia are part of the same group and share receiver hardware, so one part fits both. A pack marked for Signia and Rexton is the correct part for your Rexton aid, not a substitute.
Should I choose a click dome or a click sleeve?
Whichever your audiologist fitted. A sleeve seals more of the canal for extra low-frequency output; a dome stays more open and natural. Changing type changes how your aid sounds, so match what you already wear.
How often should Rexton domes be replaced?
Every one to three months, or sooner if a dome is stiff, split or discolored. Wax and skin oils harden the silicone over time.
